Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. All definitions apply equally to the singular and plural forms of the defined terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

777ad1 is a platform intended exclusively for adults. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not accessing 777ad1 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not hold any existing 777ad1 account that has been suspended or permanently closed.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 777ad1 or any affiliated operator.
• You have not been diagnosed with or treated for problem gambling in a way that would make gaming activity harmful to you.

777ad1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including CNIC, proof of address, or bank statement — at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one 777ad1 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to exploit bonuses or otherwise — are strictly prohibited and will be suspended without notice. Balances held across duplicate accounts may be voided at 777ad1's sole discretion.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. The name, CNIC number, and contact details provided must match your official identity documents. 777ad1 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect registration information provided by the Player.

• Only one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
• Account login credentials must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.
• Players must update their account information promptly if any registered details change.
• 777ad1 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate termination.

777ad1 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account, including source-of-funds verification, at any time. Such checks are standard practice under international gaming compliance frameworks and do not constitute any accusation against the Player.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Banking

777ad1 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits must be made using one of the approved payment methods listed on the platform. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Third-party deposits — where the payment source does not belong to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the 777ad1 cashier section and are subject to change. 777ad1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 777ad1's control.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method held in the same name as the registered 777ad1 account.
• 777ad1 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Any bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows will be queued and processed promptly upon system restoration.
• 777ad1 may place a withdrawal hold for up to 48 hours as part of responsible gaming and fraud prevention checks.
• Accounts with pending chargebacks or disputed transactions will have all withdrawals suspended until the matter is resolved.

Deposited funds that remain inactive — meaning no bets placed and no logins for a period of twelve consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Players are notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777ad1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

• Each promotional offer specifies its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit, qualifying games, and expiry period. These must be read carefully before opting in.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in bonus forfeiture.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• 777ad1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. Always check the game contribution table within each promotion.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

Betting, Gaming & Fair Play

All casino games available on 777ad1 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested and certified by recognised international testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any external party, including 777ad1 itself.

Sports betting odds are set by 777ad1's trading team and are subject to change up until the relevant event begins. For in-play (live) betting markets, odds are updated in real time. 777ad1 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, or technical issues with live data feeds.

• Bets placed after the start of an event — except in designated live betting markets — may be voided at 777ad1's discretion.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (e.g., a cricket match offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a data feed error), 777ad1 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market.
• Winnings from casino games and sportsbook bets are credited to the Player's account balance immediately upon settlement.
• 777ad1 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or betting market and may remove or suspend titles without notice.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777ad1 platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action where warranted.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with any 777ad1 game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live casino tables.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime. 777ad1 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant regulatory bodies.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against genuine 777ad1 transactions.
• Exploiting software glitches, RNG anomalies, or display errors to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Registering under a false identity or submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Accessing 777ad1 from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 777ad1 staff in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ad1 platform — including but not limited to the 777ad1 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ad1 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777ad1 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any 777ad1 content.

• Scraping, copying, or republishing any 777ad1 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
• The 777ad1 brand name and logo may not be used in any marketing material, social media post, or third-party website without prior written consent.
• Game content and software licensed from third-party providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming) is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights as well.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad1 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from the use of or inability to use the 777ad1 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond 777ad1's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security, including sharing login credentials.
• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or other economic loss of any kind.

777ad1 makes no warranty that the platform will operate free of errors, interruptions, or security breaches at all times. While every reasonable measure is taken to maintain platform integrity, 777ad1's maximum liability to any Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

Account Termination & Suspension

A Player may close their 777ad1 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 working days.

777ad1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so.
• Player's self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

In cases of account closure due to fraud or Terms breach, 777ad1 reserves the right to retain all funds in the account pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit those funds in full.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ad1 holds its international gaming licence. By using the 777ad1 platform, you agree that any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are strongly encouraged to contact 777ad1 customer support in the first instance. The majority of account and payment disputes are resolved at this stage within 3–5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 777ad1's licensing authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. 777ad1 acknowledges that Pakistani players retain rights under applicable local consumer legislation to the extent those rights cannot be waived by contract.

Amendments to These Terms

777ad1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777ad1 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 777ad1 platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Minor clarifications and formatting corrections may be made without formal notice to Players.
• Changes to fees, withdrawal limits, or bonus policies will always be communicated with at least 7 days' advance notice.
• If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using 777ad1 and close your account before the changes take effect.
• Previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon request by contacting support.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

777ad1 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. All players — particularly those in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and across Pakistan — are encouraged to engage with our responsible gaming tools.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time limits to control how long they spend on the platform in a single sitting. An on-screen timer and notification system supports this tool.
